iPhone 4S broken screen

hey just a quick question,

i just broke my 4s screen and im looking to go to the apple store to repair it.

dont wanna do it for cheap and get my warranty used.

and previously ive been to the apple store(roughly 2 weeks ago, before the screen cracked) for

3G not working. They've tried everything and they just gave me a new sim card to if it worked, but it didnt

and since then i didnt have the time to visit and get it replaced. Im wondering if they would replace my phone

regardless of having the screen cracked, because of hardware issues before the damage. and do they keep track of

when i came for what i came? thanks
