iTunes11: what happened to the "gapless album" option?

iPhone 4S and 5S.

I have an iPhone 5, but my daughter has a 5s. I tried playing Abbey Road on her phone, and there were gaps between all the tracks. It is not working on any device (except on the computer) at my home. We have a fast internet connection, and we use Match. I'm wondering what is different in your system.
