ITunes new release does not print a playlist to my printer correctly. It will print the header, but all the songs are printed on top of each other. I didn't have this problem until I downloaded new version of ITunes. Does anyone else have this problem

Tip: iTunes can print a playlist formatted for use as a jewel case insert; choose Command-P and select “CD jewel case insert.” Problem: When printing a jewel case insert as a single cover, iTunes jumbles all the text for the song titles. Printer prints over top of each title of a song. Picture and other text for the cover are correct. Never had this problem with the old version.

Good news! I received an iTunes update (11.0.1.12) from Apple today and the problem is fixed.

How does one go about "receiving" an itunes update? Does itunes send out a notification, or do I need to request one? Should I just try to download itunes again and hope it's the new (11.0.1.12) version?

Any help would be appreciated.

In Itunes you go to Help on the upper line in left sidethat starts with File. Click in and click Check for Updates

Here we go again.

Downloaded the most recent itunes software update yesterday and 'suffering humanity' , the problem with printing the song list for CD jewel inserts is back again. I was so pleased when this problem got sorted last November. What happens is that the album art (front cover) is exactly as expected. However the song list on the back is condensed in on itself - very difficult to make out. Is anyone else having this problem?

Same here... printed a playlist off at the weekend and it came off fine. Upgraded iTunes on Sunday and tried to print off a playlist today; exactly the same as described above. Have tried it with mosaic and also with Text only... very poor re-introducing previously fixed bugs.

Yes this overprinting of song titles has appeared with the latest update - mine was fine before. Is Apple losing its touch?

Can Apple tell us when a fix / update will be forthcomg? Do they even read these pages?

I spoke with Apple today and they are aware of the lines overprinting on CD Jewel Case labels. This issue appeared several months ago, was fixed in a subsequent update, and now has appeared again in the latest version of iTunes software. Hopefully a software fix will be coming soon.

YES, I am having this problem and am disgusted with the new updated itunes. Every time I update, this happens!

This is crazy - I finally highlighted all playlist songs, right-clicked, hit copy; and pasted to a Word document, adjusting the font size to 8 points - COME ON APPLE!!!! iTunes 11 is a disaster - ADMIT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm having the same overprint issues as well. I've wasted more paper after tinkering around my Dell. When I click the "Properties" key in one of the print windows, I get a message that reads "Prop Bitmat DLL Not Loaded". I've Googled that warning and got a few hits about reinstalling the printer driver, but now I see this is an Apple problem not a Dell issue.

The polish is definitely off of the Apple lately.

I am also having problems printing song lists....songs on top of each other.....frustrating.

Same issue, I thought it was just me, cannot wait til this is fixed!
