iTunes 11, deleted apps will not sync. (using sync cord not iCloud)

iTunes 11 will not sync the apps that I have deleted. I have tried an iphone 5, my wife's 4S and my sons 4 same issue applies.

It will sync new apps no problem. it's just the ones that I have deleted or removed that will not sync.

I need to delete it from the phone and from iTunes to make it go away. I can't just deleted from one and then sync like I used to in iTunes 10.

I have seen one other person with this issue but I know iTunes 11 just came out. Anyone else having this problem or has figured anything out?

MacBook, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), iTunes 11

same problem here. i have deleted many apps on my itunes but when i sync those apps remains in my iphone and ipad. this is very annoying. i also have another problem: it won't sync all updates and / or new apps on my itunes with one sync. for example, i downloaded 7 updates & new apps earlier, and when i sync, only 2 of them goes to my ipad. i have to sync THREE times to have all 7 go to my ipad. this is very frustating 😟

I just discovered this problem as well. Deleted a bunch of app from iTunes but they won't go off my devices unless I put in the time to figure out which ones I need to delete from each device. This used to work! Very annoying.

Hi,

I've the same problem with iPhone 5 and iPad 2.

I use a pc with Windows 7 and in the past all works fine.

I tried to delete the application folder and trasfer alla pllication by iPhone but the problem isn't solve.

Please help me.

Same problem here.i have a deleted a bunch of apps in my itunes 11.0.2 and after sync the apps keep appearing in my ipod touch .its really frustrating to compare the apps i deleted in itunes and delete the apps in itouch. someone help.Thanks.

I have the same problem. iTunes11.0.2 (26), osx 10.7.5, iPad 5.1.1 - can't delete app from iTunes. Also, it is not revert when i delete it from iPad and sync it.

Well, this is just a time consuming experience from Apple...

I have 4 devices, and a mac. No way of doing the job 5 times.

All the other solutions, are just a short solution.

We need the old "do you want to delete" sync functionality from itunes 10. It was working very well.
