MSN dial up with Itunes

Hi,

I have an Ipod 5G and a high speed internet connection. But I need to use MSN to access the internet. I know that the specs for Itunes says to dowload songs you need a high speed internet connection. Could MSN work with Itunes??? I don't care how long it takes to download songs onto my computer.

Thanks

Ryan

I’m confused.

Why do you have a high speed connection but want to use dial up?

I know that the specs for Itunes says to dowload songs you need a high speed internet connection.
You don’t need an internet connection at all unless;
- You look up CDs titles/songs in the cddb
- You connect to the iTunes Music store for any reason

we switched from aol (but still have this on the machine) to cable. the itunes music store uses the new cable but when I hook-up the ipod to download songs to it, i get a message that there is a new version. When I click ok, it tries to access the internet using aol, even when I am already connected through the cable connection. I looked to see how to download the new version to the ipod from apple but can't find it.

Is there a way to get the ipod to recognize and use the new cable connection?
