My grandson bought coins in a game for $49.00 without me knowing. Can I get this off my bill?

You make this too hard to get support from a person not used to this. I will have to cancel all this it looks like.

I need to keep my grandson from being able to accidentally buying stuff like coins in a game. He is six.

All purchases are considered final, but you can try contacting iTunes support and explain what happened and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

To try and stop it happening again, you should be able to turn off in-app purchased via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off', and you can also set 'Require Password' to 'Immediately' on the Restrictions (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need to be re-entered)
