    I used the update function right in the ITunes software.

    Molly is correct. With one of our computers though, the update did not install - we got some kind of error message. I went straight to the Apple site and redownladed and it was installed with the latest update included.

    If you go to iTunes and have it check for upgrades, it will find it.

    Don't get too excited. I updated iTunes today with lastest version and the problem has returned... jewel case inserts are hosed AGAIN!! Very frustrating!! Come on Apple, get it together and get this fixed!! Please!!

    I just spent an hour on the phone with Itunes/Apple. Had to explain the problem to 3 different people. I think (I hope) they understood what the problem was. I explained in detail that is was the same problem that came with 11.0 and was straightened out with 11.01 and then screwed up with 11.02. He assured me he would get back to me. Did not want to talk about coverflow.

    Yes, thanks for the heads up. I did not update because of this message and will make sure to keep version 11.01 until it is fixed again!

    Friends, this same issue was in the last ITunes Update.... APPLE!!!  ARE YOU LISTENING????  DO YOU SEE THESE POSTS THAT YOUR SUPPORT GROUP HAS REFERRED EVERYONE TO FOR HELP???   YOU NEED TO FIX THE PROBLEM IN YOUR SOFTWARE!!!  NOT MAKE YOUR USERS LOOK FOR WORK AROUNDS!!!  THAT'S REDICULOUS!!.  I am so furious with Apple at this point that if they don't fix this problem, i will close my ITunes account and also purchase a new phone ANYTHING OTHER THAN AN I-PHONE since my current phone contract is up in March.  I reported this same problem after the last software update and a FABULOUS TECHNICIAN WITH A BRAIN recognized the problem, referred it to a programmer and actually followed up on the problem with me.  After a week the problem was resolved.  Here we go again after the latest update.  I DO NOT WANT TO REMOVE THE CURRENT VERSION OF ITUNES.  IT'S A PAIN IN THE *** TO DO!!!

    Folks, I received a response from an ITunes support person who has taken on this case and is working to forward examples to the programers.  I sent her a copy of the overlaping album print content just now.  Gus52, thank you for posting yours.  Aparently, your example is exactly what we are all experiencing.  Hopefully we will get some traction on this from Apple post haste!!!  A "work around" IS NOT what we need... WE NEED A FIX and I feel that our pleas have been heard.  We will see. ;-}

    OMG - Not again!!  I was very hesitant to download new version for ITunes when it came yesterday, but figured really didn't have a choice.  I did go into ITunes, but have not tried to print anything yet.  For such a large organization I can't believe the last fix was not included in the latest release (Feb 2013).  I hope they fix it faster than last November 2012 when it took a couple of months.  I really didn't see much new in the new release, so not sure what they changed.  They appear to more interested in mobile devices and tablets and not the PC application.  Thanks for the heads up Rick!!
