Feb 24, 2013 2:20 PM in response to Omaha20by ninakat67,Amazing. Just went to burn a CD and print a playlist and BLAM...same problem as Gus52. When will I learn to stop updating ITUNES? I'm beyond frustrated. My sister won't be getting any new music this birthday. Thanks, APPLE!

Feb 25, 2013 11:35 AM in response to terbear55by MsDNS,I just reported this problem this morning. At first I was told that the latest verion of ITunes included a fix. Since I already had the latest version, the 'Support' person had me uninstall and reinstall ITunes. Unfortunately, that didn't fix anything. Then I was told that the problem would be passed on their engineering department and that somene would be contacting me in the next few days. I'm going to call them and tell them that there are over 5 pages of complaints regarding the same issue in the Apple Support Community. You would think they would've know about this problem when I first reported it.

Mar 1, 2013 4:53 PM in response to terbear55by Oriolesfan4ever,Just began burning a new round of playlists only to discover the insert printing issue. Glad I found this thread to help maintain my sanity. This reminds me of iTunes' problem last summer with song sampes cutting off after a few seconds. Relieved that they took care of that. Hope it doesn't take months to get printing problem resolved. As Irish64 says, Apple, Just Fix It!!!

Mar 1, 2013 6:23 PM in response to terbear55by Gus52,I'm glad my example is helping out. The first time it happened I thought my printer was going nuts. But then I realized that it was not my printers problem, but itunes. I'm a professional DJ and I print all my playlist, and this problem is causing me a lot of headaches. Please Apple, I hope you guys are already working on it.

Mar 2, 2013 12:49 PM in response to terbear55by GrumpyOldManCroydon,I am using XP (yes I know) and although I can print the correct album covers (front) I cannot get the correct song titles for the album concerned so, unless I fancy Abba song accompanying my Alice Cooper and just about every other cover I am stuffed. Any help would be welcome, particularly as I lost Audio Galaxy last month and Spotify is driving me mental at the mo.
Hope you all resolve your issues re Itunes.

Mar 2, 2013 3:35 PM in response to MsDNSby RickBridges,Folks....I have just spoken to a Senior Support Analyst at Apple. He had me to run several diagnostics from the ITunes Help Menu and forward him the diagnostic results. He will create a new trouble case and refer it to Apple Engineers on Monday. Unfortunately, the Engineers do not work on weekends.
I urge each of you that are having problems to call the Apple TECHNICAL Support line at 800-275-2273 and start a case with them. Perhaps if each of us flood Apple TECHNICAL support with new cases, they will understand that there truly is a problem with their software in ITunes version 11.0.2.26!!! You will be given several options when your call is answered, just step through the IVR menu by saying something to the effect that "none of the choices are applicable".
Apparently, APPLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT DOES NOT MONITOR THESE DISCUSSION BOARDS, as I have spoken to a number of Apple Representatives in the last week and today and NONE OF THEM were aware that THEIR CUSTOMERS PURCHASING MUSIC FROM ITUNES are having an issue with overlapping text when printing CD Jewel Cases!!! The current analyst working on MY CURRENT CASE also advised that he has the information that I provided on MY PREVIOUS CASE in November, 2012, when I loaded ITunes version 11.30.12.
I do have a positive feeling that the analyst that I am in contact with will be very supportive. Hopefully, by mid-week next week, Apple Engineers will be engaged with the issue and have a new software download to correct our problem. Most of all, I hope they will incorporate the fix into future update versions so that their users/customers will not have to go through this issue again!!!
WORK AROUND SOLUTIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL USERS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
NOTE TO APPLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT: ARE YOU LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?????
IF YOU ARE LISTENING, PLEASE POST A POSITIVE RESPONSE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ON THIS DISCUSSION BOARD TO LET US KNOW THAT YOU ARE!!!
Cheers!!!
Rick

Mar 3, 2013 2:51 AM in response to RickBridgesby Mike Perth,Basically, Apple are now so big that arrogance has taken over and they have little care about customer service. If they lose a few thousand customers they won't care one iota. Terrible service - Samsung and others, seize this opportunity!!

Mar 4, 2013 3:55 PM in response to mkubackby Ronkowitz,So, now -we are into month 4 of this issue and still no fix. It can't be a big problem to fix, but my guess is that it is not a high priority to fix. Apple probably want to push the elimination of CDs altogether a bit faster.

Mar 4, 2013 4:19 PM in response to Ronkowitzby Thomas E. Masa,The problem was fixed when 11.01 was entered. But when 11.02 came about it was not so it has only been since the lst of Feb not 4 months. I talked to Supervisor on the lst day 11.02 was available and was downloaded and the problem reoccurred. I was told it would be fixed asap. Well it has been a month but not 4 months. Do also miss the cover flow. I would suggest calling them not posting on this site as they do not read it.

Mar 4, 2013 4:59 PM in response to Thomas E. Masaby Ronkowitz,This thread starts at the beginning of December 2012, so by my calendar, March is the start of month 4. A fix that was broken again with the next update isn't much of a fix.
BTW, how's the Apple stock been doing since December?
