When i tried login as the new admin it is again and again start from first stage.
You should be able to complete the questions using a different user name to any used before and then use the Mac.
Do not use any name used before or it will erase the earlier account and data.
Even I tried by new user name also but still happening the same things. It's start from first page of new admin account
If you removed applesetupdone and used a previously used username you will have overwritten the account.
I do not recognise the term "first page of new admin account". What does it say on the screen?
I am stuck on this page only.. I can't go back or further... What is the command for start like my old admin user name.
Because thing is like that I have to create new admin account or I can't use the Mac. I'm on critical situation..

Create the new admin account with a name which has not been used before.
Use the new account to change passwords on other accounts. If necessary enable the root user (see Mac help for this) and log in with the name 'root' to change admin passwords in Accounts preferences. Log out from root as soon as you have changed passwords.
Just tried like that but still same problem, it's not going on next page.. Again and again showing to fill up from first page.
A - Did you complete all the boxes on the screen?
B - Where did you get this OS from?
C - Where are your install disks?
D - Carefully try my normal instructions below one more time but if these don't work you may have to get a local Mac person to help you.
You can use the install DVD to reset the password, repair the disk and repair permissions. If you don't have the install DVD you could try the following.
Print the following and then follow these instructions very carefully - at each stage wait for processes to complete - spaces are important:
1 - shutdown
2 - start in single user mode by holding command (Apple key) and S while it starts
3 - type the following and hit the return key to repair the disk
/sbin/fsck -fy
4 - type the following and hit the return key
/sbin/mount -uw /
5 - type the following and hit the return key
rm /var/db/.AppleSetupDone
5 - type the following and hit the return key
shutdown -h now
6 - start the Mac
7 - The above tricks the Mac into thinking it is starting for the first time. Follow the various processes as normal but DO NOT use a user-name that has been used on the Mac before - if you do it will erase the original account. It will set up a new admin account without removing existing accounts with different names.
8 - Use the new admin account
9 - If necessary enable the root user (see Mac help) to reset passwords on other accounts.
