How to update podcasts

What worked for me was to go into "Edit", "Preferences", and then in the "General" area click on :Show list view for all media".

From this thread, I see how to download ALL podcasts, but I want to download all episodes for a PARTICULAR podcast, not all podcasts that I have subscribed to.

Suggestions?

All I can say is if this is the best the Itunes developers can come up with ... ITS PANTS ... surely a simple refresh podcasts by right clicking on the selected podcast isnt f...ing rocket science. Remember who your customers are Apple before you lose them.
