Want to downgrade my iPad2,4 to 5.1.1 from 6.0.1, but getting 3194 error. Apple guys, can you please fix it?

Have you got the latest version of iTunes on your computer ? There is some troubleshooting for that error code on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694

Edit : misread your post's title, I thought you were wanting to update to 6.0.1 - you can't downgrade, it isn't supported

Fix what ? You can't downgrade the iOS version on a device, it's not supported.
