Tried to restart the device it's the cure for 80 % of problems

Instagram requires iOS 4.3 or higher.
The iPhone 3G can only run up to iOS 4.2.1.
@diesel vdub Yeah i know cause it have been updated, but i have tried to install instagram 2.2.1 on 4.1 it's installed but it won't start, cause 3.1.2 requires iOS 4.3
