My voice mail has been set up with password etc
When I go to voicemail now, the voicemail system is dialed and I get the following prompt "Please enter your password"
The same thing happens when I press and hold "1" on the keypad
So when you press "Voicemail" you are connected to your voicemail, you do not see a listing of your voicemail messages?
Keypad pops up "Voicemail" is the one identified as the one being called and I get prompt "Please enter your password" with a keypad interface like this

When I push the recent button I can see "all" calls sent and received and "missed" calls

Not a Voicemail list interface like this

Visual Voicemail - No
Consumer Cellular will offer iphone (4s, 5c and 5s again) on December 13, 2013
We have a 4s, 5 and 5s with iOS 7.04 and Consumer Cellular now has APN + a carrier update that will offer MMS = picture messaging
I think any "ATT" or iPhone (regardless of locked status) will work on Consumer Cellular. You may find this compatible phone cheaper on eBay or craigslist.
If anyone buys any used device privately or online from eBay or anywhere else, be sure to make certian that "find my iPhone" has been disabled by the previous owner. If the device is running iOS 7, has find my iPhone enabled, and you cannot get in touch with the previous owner, you will not be able to activate and use that device, ever.
If you have any doubts that iOS 7's Activation Lock may not have been disabled by the seller, then do NOT buy the phone. These forums are littered with posts from unfortunate people who naively purchased a used iOS 7 device, only to find out they cannot get in touch with the previous owner, and they have just purchased an expensive door stop.
