How do I upload pic's from Iphoto to Mpix

No idea - what is Mpix? How do you access it?

If it is a web based system and you access via a web browser then you access your iPhoto photos the same way you always do for any program other than iPhoto - using the media browser in the lower left hand corner of the upload/open/attach window
