Just bought a 7th gen nano in the states. It was working perfectly but has stopped charging. Will work fine while plugged in but battery is dead once it's plugged out. Anyone know what's wrong??

Are you charging from your computer or a wall charger?
Charged it with a computer the first time but it wouldn't charge from it the second time so tried the wall one but that didn't work either.
Sounds like either your Nano or the cable is defective. If you can sync the Nano then it won't be the cable. Make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and get it replaced under your warranty.
Nano 7th gen won't hold charge!!
