can't view Apple ID on iPad

When logging in the App Store, I cannot log in to "view my Apple ID". I am prompted for my password, when I type it it, it acts like it is going to go through, then the window pops up again, asking for my password.

At first, I thought my password was messed up, so I reset it. But this didn't fix my problem. Any suggestions?
