volume keys aren't working and no sound
Randomly my volume started not working. The only sound is when I press my volume keys and song controls, except it's not the normal noise. It's a clicking sound. Thank you.

On step 5, if you can hear the startup chime, that means your sound works normally, and it's probably a software issue. However, if that startup chime sounds off (or "clicking"), your speakers may have failed.
By the way, also on step 5, keep holding the keys until you hear the startup chime a third time.
