My iPad has a box headed "iPad Not Backed Up" and goes on to say it should be connected to WiFi but the screen is completely locked and I can't get any response so can't get Settings, camera or anything else.

This iPad hasn't been backed up. Backup happens when this iPad is plugged in, locked and connected to Wi-Fi

No matter how many times I tap OK I cannot get rid of the box and the screen is completely locked and won't let me access anything.
