How do I transfer purchased items from my iPhone to my iTunes 11 Library?

Are you signed up to iCloud?

If so, your purchases should automatically appear in your library without you having to do anything.

If not, firstly I'd suggest you sign up for a free iCloud account (although this service will only work on content purchased from iTunes (not songs you've imported yourself - you'd need iTunes Match to enable this facility). These might help:

Secondly, either wi-fi sync or connect your iPhone to your computer/library via USB and sync. iTunes will detect new purchases and transfer them in to your library.

Is there any other option similar with the previous itunes version (right click and transfer purchase).

It's complicated and time consuming to do if we have to use the icloud, because we have to download it 2 times (from ipad then download again on the PC/Mac), same with the updates.

I already found it.....

On windows

1) with iTunes open and your device plugged in.

2) press ALT and a menu bar will appear.

3) Select FILE -> Devices -> Transfer Purchases From "<iphone/ipad name>"

Transfer should begin...

MAC

1) Open itunes
2) Plug in device
3) Select - File > Devices > Transfer purchases from "iPhone / iPad name"

DONE

Also make sure you have signed in and authorized your computer with all the "Purchased Items" Apple IDs

only if you have purchased from various accounts.
