9.4.2 won't multiple drag and drop

Trying to get to sharing photostreams

Have OSX Lion 10.7.5 and iPhoto '11

Didn't see any way to share my photostreams, so I thought I would upgrade to Mountain Lion

Noticed the iPhoto 9.4.2 update and installed it. Wiating (and waiting) for Mountain Lion to download from the app store (another story for another time)

Since updating iPhoto with the 9.4.2. update, I can no longer select multiple photos and drag them into PhotoShop. I do this all of the tme to batch manipulate the photos before uploading to Facebook. When I grab the photos, all looks okay (I see the number of photos I am copying in the little red circle), but when I drop them in to Photoshop only a few of them copy over? I tried repairing the iPhoto library by that didn't fix my problem.

I just purchased a brand new iMac running 10.8.3. A few days ago the issue started with iPhoto...no dragging to desktop from the application. I've tried numerous things including running the built in iPhoto repair and rebuild utilities and the Library Manager app and re-creating the library but the problem persisted.

I read another post where a user suggested wiping out the preferences file under Library>Preferences and restarting....I tried this and it worked. Drag and drop from iPhoto and iTunes is back.

Now, I think it's a pretty nuclear fix...I've had to setup some things again like my iCloud account preferences after reboot......bit it did fix theproblem.

Maybe this will help those that the other fixes are working for...
