How do I get all my contacts back from iCloud?

I lost my phone fortunately I got it back but it was reset. I have backed my phone up to iCloud, but I dont know how to get everything back to my phone.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1

Thanks but it only tells me how to do it with a new device, I want to restore to the phone I already have.

You can look at this document about a restore, http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414, but it will show you that after you restore, it takes you to the Setup assistant which is what you encounter with a new device. From there, you select to restore to a backup and select the iCloud backup.
