Problem re-downloading purchased alert tones

Wondering if anyone can help with this: I did an erase and restore on my iPhone 4. I was able to download all my music from iCloud, but my purchased alert tones are gone from the phone. They don't seem to exist on the Cloud nor can I download them from iTunes, without paying for them again. When I go to "purchased" there are only categories for "music", "movies" "tv shows", "books", but nothing for "alert tones". I didn't have many but still I'd rather not pay for these twice. Anyone have info on this? Thanks!
