Epub video support
Does iTunes producer accept epub format that includes video?

Video is supported as long as you follow the guide "Videos embedded in a multimedia EPUB must use H.264 video codec and end with MP4 or M4V file extension." Have a look at page 27 of the iBookstore Asset Guide 5.1 PDF for more info.
