I tend to change cases allot. I find that when I have a screen protector on the case will bubble and come off. I was wondering, are screen protectors really needed? Everyone tells me they are a must, but what are your opinions?

I've had my iPhone 5 for a little over a month now. I had a OtterBox case before I got the phone, after getting my phone I realized that I like it better naked. I've had no problems with it. & it spends quite a bit of time in my pockets.

never used them on my

iphone4
ipad2
but then I make a rule of not having lit cigars in my pocket along with the ios devices
I like them. You can certainly make do without them, but every time I do, the screen always suffers small scratches (even though I'm super careful).
Does my iPhone 4S need a screen protector?
