I recently tried to locate and delete some projects I've created using BlueJ without success. No support at all for this application outh there, no wonder they haven't made it to app store.
I would appreciate it if someone could point me to where this spyware like program stores all the projects.

Have you tried Spotlight?
I have but for some reason spotlight doesn't find anything. I especially created new folders using BlueJ and new projects with names easy to distinguish but none came up in spotlight.
I'm so frustrated. I uninstalled BlueJ + removed all the files shown under "Show Package Contents". Installed it back and I can still see all the projects created (using blueJ)

Probably BlueJ is storing the projects in some non-obvious location that isn't normally considered "user accessible". Try using the + sign in the Spotlight search criteria to add "System files are included" and my guess is that your projects will show up.
Thanks g_wolfman, I have tried but still nothing up on spotlight. Just to make sure I use correctly the "+" sign.
I have a project created and named Tests. My spotlight search should look like "+ Tests" right? I tried it like that but still nothing up on spotlight.

It let's you add additional search criteria. If "System Files" isn't in the drop-down menu that comes up, choose "other" and you'll get a large list to choose from.
I think I could get somewhere using your method but, I must say I am very new to mac and I simply don't know what to do to get that "+" the way it shows in that screenshot.
Is that window a Finder window? And would you mind pointing me to a link explaining the whole "+" precedure? Or is it an easy way to have that "+" up like you have it ?

Still no result. I thought I'd show you a screenshot of the things I'm trying to trace down.
I can't find any of those items lised in that drop down window. Like they dont exist on my mac.
Wacky idea:
Could Bluej be storing them on the network?
Try running BlueJ with the netwrok unplugged and see if they show up.
Tried it also with no luck. I suspect that the files and folders Im after are placed in a hidden folder, I mean a folder with a property set to hidden like in Ms Windows.
Any idea how to set the hidden folders to be visible? That may also prevent spotlight from finding anything.

I have looked there also, I might have forgotten to mention. I got in touch with BlueJ team and I've been advised to check where a "save as" action would save a new project.
Now I manage to pinpoint a Library folder as in the picture below, but not sure where this Library folder may reside since I found two already but they contain different folders than the folders shown in the picture.
Any idea whre this location may be? Spot light doesn't find a BlueJ folder
FOUND IT. /Users/robert/Library/BlueJ/.
I had to paste the path into my browser since I can't see the Library folder using Finder under /Users/robert/.
Pheeeew, now I learned abit about mac OS X File system.
In the future, you can get to the folders in your Library via the Finder:
Select Finder.
Select Go.
Select Go To Folder...
The default is "~/Library"
