I can see the Library of iPhoto on my Apple TV using Home Sharing, but I cannot see on my devices like iPhone and iPad.

Sync your IOS device using iTunes selecting the photos you want on the IOS device

Thanks for the quick answer, but I want to access the photos over my wifi network, like before, on iOS 5 and iTunes 9 I think.
Using home sharing.
This is not a feature of iPhoto or iTunes. There are 3rd party apps but best to ask on the iPAd or iPhone forum about those.
