Host transport not working with Maschine 1.8.2

Hi,
I recently upgraded Maschine to 1.8.2 and the controller editor to 1.5.3 now my host transport control stopped working. When I attempt to set it back up I notice the transport buttons like Play and Erase don't register in Logic's learn mode. When I open the controller assignments in logic and select play/stop then attempt to have logic learn a new button assignment( in this case the play button on the Maschine) it doesn't register. Before I ran the updates I could assign Maschine's transport buttons no problem, now Logic doesn't seem to recognize them. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Maschine 1.8.2
Control editor 1.5.3

Ok, I called NI and found I didn't have the correct midi input selected in the Mackie controller setting under the controller setup. Mine was set to "Midi input port 0" It is supposed to be set to "Maschine controller virtual input" but that option wasn't available in the drop down.

The solution:

Download the NI uninstall utility and uninstall Control editor. (DON'T uninstall the Maschine Library when it gives you the option) Just uninstall controller editor.

Re-install conroller editor 1.5.x

Now you should be able to select Maschine controller virtual input in Logic.
