volume licensing Program - UK

I am about to sign up for the Volume Purchase Program so I can better manage Apps I purchase on behalf of the Company.

I saw reference in one of the Terms and Conditions where it states that the Apple ID must be Corporate based which is fine (so someone@mycompany.com).

What I am not sure of is this:-

When someone leaves the firm (someone@mycompany.com) what steps do I need to take to redistribute this app previously assigned to an ex employees email address?

Can anyone advise?

Ice, my understanding is that currently once the app is delivered ota ( say via email) to a device it stays on that device and cannot be recovered. It is a consumable. It appears there are other options through Apple Configurator, however

We are implementiong AirWatch and it isn't clear if Apps deployed via their AppStore can be recovered or not. That's something we will look at once AirWatch and its infrastructure is in place
