When i sync my photos in iphone using itunes it creates 2 folders No 1. is photo library and 2 is the folder which i sync and when i sync another it deletes previous one phtots in my iphone plz help..........

There is a problem occuring that my iTunes not show all the apps of my iphone when i connect it with itunes.please help me out?
Make sure your computer is authorized for all Apple IDs used to purchase your apps by opening iTunes and going to Store>Authorize This Computer. After authorizing all IDs, connect your phone to your computer, when it appears in iTunes go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. This will transfer all purchased apps and other media purchased with these IDs from your phone to your iTunes library. You apps should all appear in iTunes now.
