iPhone 5 WiFi high latency and slow download speeds on iOS 6.0.2

Ever since I upgraded to iOS 6.0.2 I've been experiencing some serious WiFi issues.

Although my upload speed has remained basically the same, my latency and download speeds have been terrible. I believe that it has something to do with either hardware or software on the iPhone 5. I have tested with other computers in the house, and the WiFi remains the same as it always has, so I'm pretty sure its got something to do with the iPhone.

Here's some information:

• iPhone 5 32GB black on Verizon running iOS 6.0.2

• Cox High Speed Internet Preferred Package

• Basic Motorola Surfboard Modem

• Netgear WNDR3400 gaming router

**Ask if you need anymore information**

Just to give you an idea as to how bad it is, I usually get a ping of about 60ms, 14 Mbps download, and 4 Mbps upload. Now, I'm getting about 200ms ping, .50 Mbps download, and about 3 Mbps upload.

Things I have done to combat the situation:

• Reset Network Settings on iPhone

• Power cycle router

• Cold reset on iPhone

• Tried holding it differently... LOL

I'm not brave enough to completely wipe the iPhone and start over. I don't have the time to set it up all over again!

Any suggestions would be helpful!
