My iphone 5 only vibrates on incoming calls and does not ring ? Its not in Do not disturb mode , Ive reset the phone , still no joy , I even erased all info and reset and still not fixed. Anyone else experiencing this or have a solution ?

Check the switch on the left side of the phone. It should be in the up position (toward the face of the phone) where no red shows.

I've tried everything and checked everything including the switch at the side, the volume levels, the do not disturb function - any other ideas on a 5S?
Try Changing the ringtone If you're using a Custom Ringtone transferred from your Computer.
- Other than that you'll have to go by the normal Procedure :
1.Hard Reset (Press and Hold Home button and power button together for about 10-15 Seconds until Apple Logo Appears , Once Off , Turn on the device)
2.Reset all settings (Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings)
3.Erase All content and Settings (This will delete all the data from your iPhone)
4. Restore and Setup as a new device :

Did u check the little slide button above the volume buttons? It's another 'do not disturb'. If u see a little red line it will be activated, slide it over to the other side-NO red line!
