Season passes charging full price even if part of the season is downloaded.

Hi guys,

I was going to buy a season pass to Big Bang Theory Season 6 and it used to have a price that reflected the amount of the season I already purchased (something like $16) but now for the season pass its back up to $35 even though I already purchased over half of the season.

Is this a glitch or will I be charged the full $35 even though most of the season was already bought and paid for?

Are you logged into the iTunes Store with the same Apple ID you used to originally purchase the episodes? If so go to iTunes Store > TV Shows and click "complete my season" under the TV Show Quick Links section on the right hand side.

This should show you a list of the eligible seasons.

You paid for the original episodes that were available at that time - if more episodes are added to the series then you will be charged for the additional episodes.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, unfortuntely neither work :/

@Michael I was logged in as my regular ID. I only have one and I'm the only one who uses my computer. There is no option for "Complete my season" under iTunes Store -> TV Shows that I can see.

Oddly enough too all of the prices for the season's episodes are there again as if I didn't buy any of them (even though I have each episode released so far that I purchased individually).

@Mike There used to be a "purchase season pass" (or something like that) that would appear under the buying option that had the price of the season minus the purchased episodes. It is no longer there. I toggled both HD and SD (all my purchases were HD) and it still shows the full season pass.

I'm going to chalk this up to a bug. I've tried logging in and out again but to no avail.

Ok its definitely without a doubt a bug.

If I logged into the iTunes store it would show "purchase" instead of "download" on Big Bang Theory Season 6 but I could hit refresh a few times and then it would show "download" (even though all episodes are already downloaded" but still try and charge $45 for a season pass.

Today I logged in, it still wanted to charge $45 for a season even though I bought most of the season so I hit refresh a few times and then the "$6.15 Buy Season Pass" popped up and was able to purchase the rest of the season pass for the cost of the remaining episodes.
