anyways, you can not make seprate accounts. just remove all of her stuff. You can however make a seprate itunes account, that will help you so that your stuff doesn't mix. to do this you need another email address.

settings - general - reset - erase all contents and settings, that will remove all of your cousin's data on yoru phone.
