Cant buy apps - security questions and email error

Whenever i try to buy a app that is not free i get redirected to appleid to answer security questions so fine. But as i did my security questions years ago i cannot remember them so then it says send security questions reset to rescue email but for some reason this email account does not recieve emails from anyone else than aol.... Is there any way i can reset my rescue email ????? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!?????????
