i wanted to earn money for my games so i installed tapjoy but then i wanted to uninstall it so i went to settings then general then profile it said there are no profiles installed so i reset my settings just to make sure. the profile button was gone so i thought i deleted tapjoy. did I? or is it still installed in my phone. if tapjoy is still there how do i delete it

I found that contacting Tapjoy for help is usually pretty useless.
While I think a full factory restore may be extreme and ineffective because if you use back up to restore contacts etc, it may also restore tapjoy, it might work if you do this....
Alternatively I have deleted my tap joy account and will keep sending emails to confirm they will not collect my browsing and other data.
There is a section on their website on their "Privacy" page down the very bottom where you will need to input your phone's UDID (which you can find information on how to get that quite readily) and it says it will opt you out of Tapjoy "services".
They seem very sneaky and not very forthcoming....
