You can also get OnLive Desktop or CloudOn. They give you access to a windows 7 desktop that has a copy of office available to you. You can connec to DropBox, Box or a couple other cloud services where you could post your presentation to and then open it there.

Both require a very fast internet connection and OnLive is often times overwhelmed with users and you may not be able to get in.

There is also an app called SlideShark that will let you upload your presentation and run it through the app. I think it will connect via AirPlay (?) if you have an apple TV connected to your screen or you can use the apple cables to connect to a flat screen.

Prezi also has a native iPad app that you can import presentations you have made using their program or you can create them directly on the iPad using the app.

I have Keynote and it works pretty good at importing a PowerPoint presentation. Fonts may be a problem if you use something out of the ordinary like times new roman, or arial. And Keynote makes really good presentations.

The toughest part of a presentation on an iPad would be if you were trying to use embeded video clips. It is a pain getting a video that you didn't shoot on the iPad or other iDevice onto the iPad so that you could include it in a presentation.
