My iPad 2 does not have FaceTime application

My iPad does not have FaceTime application how can I install it?

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iOS 6.0.1

Assuming you have iOS 6.0.1 as stated in your description, you must have restrictions enabled if the FaceTime application is not appearing on your homescreen. Firstly, check that FaceTIme isn't hiding somewhere and search for it by swiping left from your homescreen and typing in FaceTime. If you have not luck you can check if you have restrictions enabled by going to Settings > General > Restrictions. If it is off, then as wuzradioman said you must of purchased it from a country or region of the world where facetime is not allowed.
