How to transfer apps, images, and music from 3rd gen. iPod Touch to 5th gen iPod Touch?

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to transfer apps, images, and music from 3rd Gen. iPod Touch to 5th Gen. iPod Touch? How it's done?

You will have to setup the new iPod with the same apple id as on your old iPod and then sync with iTunes and you will be able to select which apps/images/music to sync.
