payment method declined
my payment method is coming as declined on my iphone 5 . Can't buy any apps. Any advice as to how to solve this problem?

So they are only accepting credit cards now ? This is ******** this economy how can everyone be expected to have a credit card? So now this ipad is useless I should have bought an ANDROID...... Is that what this is saying?
