Can I drag & drop music from iTunes to my iPhone?

Phone: 4S OS 6

Because of the way library audio books transfer and my incompetance I always get screwed up when I try and move only a few songs from iTunes to my iPohone when syncing. Is there a way I can manually drag and drop the songs to my iPhone?

Thanks in advance... Bob

Ya but what if your original computer broke and now you have a new one ? There should be a way to click on something and say this is the main computer

No problem! Simply restore the backup of the original computer to the new computer. We are over 3 decades into the personal computer era; surely no one neglects to keep backups of their important data anymore, as it's so easy and inexpensive to do. Then when you sync with the new computer you won't lose anything; it doesn't even need a switch to say this is a new computer.

If that doesn't work there IS a workaround, but it is a lot more work and not free: Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive

Well done! Kudos to you for managing to both belittle the user and to impart your advice with so much arrogance and rudeness.

Ok so my computer is the same computer and it broke so they wiped it clean so everything that was on it is gone including my original iTunes why can I not connect it to my iPhone I do not understand y you can only use one computer because stuff like this happens and how do the expect people to sync the phone to a new computer you guys need to fix this problem I spent a lot of money on this phone so I can store a lot of songs and now I cannot import songs onto my iPod

There's no problem to fix. We are now into the 5th decade of the personal computer. Everyone who has one should know by now to back up anything important on their computer. It's cheap and easy. The iPhone is not and was never intended to be a backup device. Nowhere in the manual does it say it's a backup device. If you felt there was nothing important enough on your computer to make a backup of it don't complain now.

And if you actually READ the thread you posted to you will find a solution for those people who didn't think anything on their computer was important enough to back up.

I don't know who you are but you are completely rude not everyone does a back up and I didn't think you would need a back up for iTunes do you work for apple or are you just some jerk because if you do work for them you should be reported because all I'm asking is a question and some help because whatever "century" it is not everybody does a back up on their computer I do not have important things on my computer that I feel I need to back up iTunes should not be so difficult as to connecting your devices
