I've had lots of crash reports, reset, still logging crashes. I believe I'm hacked, emails disappear sometimes and battery draining faster than usual here's what happened after reset

How can I get rid of being jail broken someone must have got in my network, icloud, etc. I've changed passwords, tried to reset it but now it's just an apple without the progress bar swirling, below it? Seems like it just restarts nothing resetting? If I hard reset in the settings how do I delete everything and then bring all of it back esp. Pictures of mine, as art designs are loaded in the cloud like everything, anyone know what to do? Would be great as it's been on going since iOS7.0 came out!

Thanks again!

In order for your phone to have been jailbroken, someone would have had to have had physical access to the phone. Jailbreaking has nothing to do with iCloud. I'm not sure what you mean by "my network". Do you mean your home WiFi network?

You can try to remove a jailbreak by restoring the phone as new using iTunes. Be sure you back up your pictures first.
