Bluetooth brayed in iPad 4

I m trying to connect mobile to iPad 4 through Bluetooth but Bluetooth icon is grated on iPad.it found my mobile connected but disconnected again after few seconds and frayed again. Any suggestion.

iPad, iOS 6, iPad 4

Thnx for reply.however does this mean iPad does not support Bluetooth connection for Nokia mobile and also for laptops as I tried to connect with Nokia mobile.one more thing it even does not find any Samsung mobile while identifying Bluetooth device.
