Reinstalled 10.56 and keyboard is unresponsive after reinstall. Using keyboard restarts the welcome screen
My machine is a Macbook Pro with 320G HD, 2.8Ghz, 4G RAM. OS became corrupted, so backed up everything, erased disk and reinstalled Leopard. After installation of Leopard and after choosing country and keyboard type, when I attempt to type anything using keyboard (name, apple ID, etc), the process restarts with the welcome X and music. The keyboard does not type - is unresponsive. I cannot get past the third welcome window asking for Apple ID, since I cannot type anything. There were no keyboard issues before reinstall. Also ran a HW check and found nothing. Anyone seen this and/or have any ideas?
