My iphone internet stop working all of sudden.

My iphone internet stop working all of sudden. Called apple and Virgin to resolve the problem but either could not help. So where do I go from here? Virgin mobile said if I don't here from them in 72 hours call back and apple said if Virgin can't resolve the problem call them back. Within those 72hours Virgin said that they would send the problem to the headquarters to figure out what's going on. I've tried everything even erased all the data off my iPhome but i'm syill getting "Could not activate celluaer data network, You are not subscribed to a cellular data service" The odd thing about this whole situation is that I still have 3 to 4 connection bars and it says next to it Virgin 3g. So I don't know what to do now, hopefully my problem get fixed because I spend over $600 on this phone,

This is simple. Do you get wifi? ALL cellular data is through the wireless carrier. In your case Virgin. Apple does not provide cellular service. They are not a celluar company. Stopped working all of a sudden, is not a discription of the problem. Were you outside of wifi and cellular coverage? The coverage you provider carries varies from provider and location

I am having the same exact issue as you. This issue has been plaguing me for just under a month now. Here's what Iv'e established. By updating IOS to 6.0 screwed 4s users hard; especially in dealing with Virgin Mobile support and troubleshooting process. My 3g appears as your's does but doesn't connect at all. Iv'e called Virgin too many times to keep count. So far Iv'e tried the following troubleshooting measures: restarting the phone, resetting network connection, and continuously played with airplane mode (like its my job). Virgin also tried to do a network reset and service update call. To which had no effect. Virgin told me on several occasions it was a tower issue which is complete BS: merely pushing off the issue. They also forwarded my case to the headquaters making the 72 hour claim to me also (I am about to make a follow up call it has been over a week). I haven't talked to apple nor have been directed by Virgin to do so. Make sure you ask for your case number while on the phone with Virgin! Also, I was told that compensation measures would be taken by Virgin too. Stay on top of this for all 4s users dealing with this connection issue!
