Forgot passcode to ipod touch, and cannot access anything to restore the device.
iPod touch (2nd generation)
You will have to find a computer with iTunes and an internet connection and restore your iPod.
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
