Sharing hotel Wifi between devices?

An increasing number of hotels are now charging for every device that you use to connect to the Internet. I am travelling to India next week for work and the hotel I am staying at has this policy. I have not discovered a way of sharing a Wifi account between several devices. I travel with an iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air.

Is there any hardware out there that will do this ie connect to a wireless account and create a new WiFi network to which you can connect several devices?

I have not tried this, but if I connect my MacBook Air to the hotel WiFi, can I share the Internet conenction via USB to my iPad and iPhone using Internet Sharing? If possible, will my iPhone and iPad automatically pick up internet via the USB port (I will have Data Roaming switched off on my devices).

Thanks
