how to retrieve deletes photos on iphone

Really need your help! How can I retrieve deleted photos on iphone 4s without the itunes. I heard you can do so by restarting your iphone??? Over 400 photos of daughter + videos. Thanks!

It did not work!!! I guess my backup on icloud was after i deleted the photos. Anything else i can try???

As I already posted twice before, there is an expensive device that claims to recover data not backed up.

The FBI has even more sophisticated devices not available to the general public. You might try getting arrested for a federal crime....
