Hi All
Has anyone tried to use an HP 3522 printer for Air Print? I can't find anything definative. The list shows a 3520 and I'm not sure if that covers all of the 3520 series or just the 3520 itself. If anyone has tried a 3522 or knows for a fact if it will or will not work. I would really appreciate any insight before i waste a lot of time and effort trying to get this one up and running.

Sorry, I don't know if the 3522 is part of the 3520 series.
Reading HP's site it appears that it is AirPrint compatible but a quick call to HP could confirm that. Or just set it up, make sure the printer has the latest firmware, and follow the directions in the link sberman was kind enough to provide for you.
I'm with hp, your dj 3522 is airprint capable, you can either have it connected to your network or connect directly to your printer via wireless direct function on it. If your iPad is iOS 4-5 we won't have problems printing from your ipad/iphone and a very slim chance if it's from an older iOS upgraded to IOS6

Thank you very much. It was a gift from my wife. I was hoping it AirPrint capable. I really appreciate you taking the time to answer my enquire. At least now I know if I have problems it's not a compatibility issue. Just operator error.

The HP Deskjet 3522 e-All-in-One Printer is currently listed as Airprint compatible and supported.
