logic pro 9 instruments missing & keyboard not working, plus wrong account

i opened my logic pro today to see my library look like this

but it's supposed to look like this VV

i looked in finder in library where the instruements are and all the correct finals are there but when i clicked on them there was a message that the file can't be opened on logic. i saw a thread that is supposed to be the answers to this ( https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3133865?tstart=0 ) but i honestly don't know what those people are even talking about haha. i'm new to logic, though i've had it on my mac for about a year (collecting dust). please help me!

also i can't play anything on my "caps lock keyboard" no sound comes out anymore :/

&my finale question is, is there a way to transfer my logic pro purchase to a different itunes id if deleted on the first one? my mother used her credit card to purchase my logic pro online (since i'm only 17) and she put HER itunes accounts on it instead of mine by accident. this is a hugh inconvice since i'll be leaving for college this fall and to update i need her password at all times and she's not comfortable with that.

please resond with some easy non professional terms lol, i don't understand things on threads from here cause i'm not really logic savvy.
