How do I get sustain to work in Logic 9?

Hi, I've got a Korg Kontrol 49 Midi keyboard hooked up my MBP via USB for use with Logic 9. However, I work out how to get the pedal to work as sustain, anyone any ideas? Also, can you add sustain to nots in the piano roll? If so, how? Cheers.

OK so I've just discovered how to add sustain using hyperdraw, in a fashion. Is there a way to add sustain to individual notes or a group of notes rather than them all?

Bit of a tricky one, that - I mean, the usual sustain function doesn't work on individual notes, does it, but, if you're used to a sustain pedal its an intuitive thing, so its better to use one rather than try to emulate one, for me anyway. Probably a combination of that and some note lengthening in whatever editor and it obviously depends on the envelope characteristics of the particular sound.

I remember a conversation we had a while ago and you don't sound like a numpty at all - you still want to know, so that seems alright - wanting to know is the reason I'm here as well, man.
